We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve our service.
When you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive: Name, Email address, Profile image (if available), and Google account identifier.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. We receive limited payment information necessary to confirm subscriptions and process billing.
We may collect anonymous or aggregated usage information, including: Browser type, Device information, Pages visited, Feature usage, and Error logs. Analytics may be provided through services such as Vercel Analytics.
Audio files uploaded to Bettermix are processed solely for generating mix analysis reports. We do not: Listen to uploaded audio files, Use uploaded audio to train AI models, Sell uploaded audio data, or Share uploaded audio with third parties except where necessary to provide the service. Audio files are processed securely and may be temporarily stored for analysis purposes.
We use Crisp, a live chat and customer support platform, to communicate with you and provide assistance. When you use the chat widget, Crisp may collect information such as your IP address, browser information, pages visited on our site, and the content of your messages. We use information to: Provide audio analysis services, Authenticate users, Process subscriptions and payments, Maintain platform security, Improve platform performance and reliability, Respond to customer support requests, and Comply with legal obligations.
