Digital Services

Bettermix provides digital audio analysis services delivered electronically. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that access to premium features may begin immediately after payment.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.
  • No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

Refund Eligibility

As a digital subscription service, payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Billing errors
  • A verified technical issue that prevents the service from functioning as advertised
  • Other situations where we determine a refund is appropriate

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the charge.

How to Request a Refund

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of the charge
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for purchase. Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Chargebacks

If you experience a billing issue, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate payment disputes promptly.
